I understand and agree that Glide & Ride can in no way be held liable for any injury, death or damage to my son/daughter or any damage or loss to his/her equipment/bicycles. I hereby assume all risks in connection with injury or damage which may occur while he/she is connected therewith, whether foreseen or unforeseen, whether or not occurring as a result of negligence of Glide & Ride. I herewith confirm that I am legally competent to sign this affirmation and release. By checking the below box, I accept all of the above, and acknowledge this check box as my online signature.
Please Note :
“We commit to providing a minimum of 8 lessons per term.
Should a lesson be cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, catch-up lessons will only be made available should we not have provided 8 lessons in the term.
We will continue to offer lessons for the full term, any lessons received after 8 are considered bonus lessons
No credits/ refunds will be provided for any reason”
Term fees to be paid up-front for the term. No children will be allowed to participate if term fees and or annual enrolment fees are outstanding
All payments to be made through the website, no manual invoices will be issued unless through prior arrangement”
